Horse Quality fine stemmed hay. We have orchard-grass-mix, orchard-alfalfa, straight orchard, and straight alfalfa hay available in small square bales and round bales. Nice hay, no mold, dust or weeds. Barn stored, delivery available for additional cost. 2nd and 3rd cutting - Call for current availability and price. Price ranges from $4.50 - $5.50 per bale for the grass hay and $6 - $6.50 for straight alfalfa 2nd and 3rd cutting. We also have excellent, premium quality orchard grass hay with a little clover and fescue (about 15%) priced at $4.50 - 4500 bales cut and barn stored - these are tightly packed bales. Very green, no mold, dust or weeds. Weigh avg 60-65 lbs. This is beautiful hay. Note: fescue hay is not good for pregnant mares in the last trimester of their pregnancy, otherwise it is perfectly safe for all other horses and for pregnant mares up to the last 3 months. Also ok to feed immediately after their foal is born (as told to us by several veterinarians). This hay is superb quality and high in protein. Very green and clean, weed free, fertilized. Round Bales - 4'x 5' rounds weigh 1000-1200 lbs, wrapped and barn stored, tightly packed, off the same fields as the orchard and orchard timothy - excellent quality.
