I am looking at turning some property into a hay feild. I have a few questions if anyone would like to help. First of all at what amount of land is before I even think of starting this. example. I know 1 acre of land would not support the idea of buying equipment to hay. However on the other end 1,000 acres would be worth the money and effort. So at what acreage does it become worth wild? Also I have been looking at a KUHN dic mower. Any thought on this? I have also been looking at john deere balers and tractors. Also any thoughts? Thanks for any input.
